After continuous 2 nites of cycling.. my whole body is achin,, and cos of eat the mega spicy my throat become swollen.. cos too heaty liao..my mum say is throat infection,, sian liao lor.. now talking like retarded.. eat or drink oso pain.. hais.. will cut all the details.. as i very tired..



the 1st nite went cycling @ serangoon garden area..
The 2nd nite went cycling @ east coast..

Although is tired.. but It very fun..

And pee ann cheer up.. We bros, u, me, zhiwen will continue our L&H.
